Within 30 calendar days of report delivery: $2,750 (after the $750 credit)
After 30 calendar days: $3,250 (after a $250 credit)

Two-payment arrangements

Fixed installment arrangements may be available, with the second payment due before Week 3:

Installments require a separately authorized Stripe invoice. No indefinite subscription or automatic future charge is created by this page.

Service terms

Payment confirms your request for the selected service. Deliverables, scheduling, customer responsibilities, cancellation, and refund terms are reviewed in the final approved service agreement before checkout is enabled.

AI limitations: AI-generated material is informational and must be reviewed by the customer. Do not submit medical records, beneficiary information, Social Security numbers, passwords, policy numbers, or confidential customer records.

Live checkout is not enabled until the service agreement terms are approved and server configuration is complete.
