The teaching method

Describe. Build. Test. Improve. Maintain.

Five steps practiced on real projects from your own business. Not a scripted walkthrough — a transferable method you keep using after the training ends.

01Describe — Explain the problem and the desired outcome to AI clearly enough that it can build something useful. This is a skill. Most people discover that their first description is too vague, and learning to refine it is the foundation of everything else.
02Build — Use AI to construct a first version: a webpage, a tool, a process draft, a document, a workflow, or another output. You direct it; AI produces it. You never lose ownership of what is built.
03Test — Check whether the result actually does what you asked. This means using it, finding the gaps, noticing what is wrong, and identifying what the system cannot handle yet.
04Improve — Return to AI with corrections, clarifications, and refinements. Iteration is normal. A first result is never the finished version; learning to improve it efficiently is part of the method.
05Maintain — Keep the system working as your business changes. Understand how to update it, back it up, document it, and recognize when something needs professional review.

What you practice

Real projects. Real constraints.

We don't use invented examples. We use your actual business operations, your existing tools, and the real problems you want to solve.

Websites and web pages

Design, build, and publish a business-owned webpage that your staff can update and expand without outside developers.

Custom applications

Build tools tailored to your actual workflow — dashboards, data entry forms, calculators, employee portals, and reporting systems.

Workflow and process automation

Identify repetitive tasks that AI can handle reliably, and build the steps to make them work without starting over each time.

Research and preparation

Use AI to gather terminology, surface assumptions, prepare for professional consultations, and investigate ideas you haven't had time to explore.

Marketing and communication

Create content, outlines, campaigns, and customer communications that reflect your actual business — not a generic template.

Troubleshooting and maintenance

Learn to identify what broke, describe it accurately, get a useful answer, and apply the fix. Keep systems working without outside help.

Employee direction

Train employees to use AI appropriately, describe what they need, verify results, and work independently without constant supervision.

New business exploration

Investigate a new service, location, venture, or market without pretending AI replaces the legal, financial, or industry knowledge it takes to actually do it.

What you don't need

You do not need a technical background.

Customers do not need to know how to program, understand databases, or have any prior AI experience. The entry point is a business problem you want to understand better.

AI has made it possible to build practical technology from a clear description and good judgment — not from code. Learning to write the description, evaluate the result, and maintain the system is what the program teaches.

What you do need

Willingness to engage and keep going.

→A real business problem you want to improve
→Patience with an iterative process
→Willingness to test results and report what is wrong
→A desktop or laptop with reliable internet

After the training

Graduates are expected to keep moving on their own.

The AI Independence Program is four weeks. That is not long enough to guarantee complete mastery of every topic. It is long enough to build a practical foundation, develop the habit of independent investigation, and finish at least one real project that demonstrates the method.

Program graduates are expected to demonstrate that they can direct AI, evaluate its results, troubleshoot problems, and continue developing independently — not that they need to return for more training.

That is the goal. The business should not need us after the training ends.
